Payments and Returns Policy

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards.

All transactions are processed via Global Payments and are encrypted for your safety.

We work closely with Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode to provide you with a safer shopping experience when using your card online.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.

If in the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, please contact us.

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from, for a full refund.

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from, for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 working days of your goods being delivered and you must include your order number.

If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

Return or exchange an item:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item if item is faulty, if preferred.

If the item you receive is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for your return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us at standard delivery cost.

However, delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made. Sale items are non-refundable.

Refund Timings:

We usually process refunds within 24 hours after receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds generally take between 7-10 working days to clear back into the card/account you have paid with.

Please be aware that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order are NOT going to be refunded.

Please note:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Please include whether you want an exchange/refund in your parcel.

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays and weekends.

All orders placed over the UK Bank Holiday will not be despatched until the next working day.

If you place your order after 3pm on the Friday or over the Bank Holiday weekend this will not be despatched until the Tuesday.
